Delighted to have won a Knight of Illumination Award
for the 2019 Hozier: Wasteland, Baby! Tour.
The Awards Ceremony was held at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas but unfortunately I couldn't be present due to having a show in New York that night, so thank you to Martin Kelly from ChristieLites who accepted the award on my behalf.
I was delighted to also be nominated for a second award that night for my Co Design alongside Nick Whitehouse/Cosmo Wilson for our Aerosmith : Dueces Are Wild Las Vegas Residency which is currently running at The Park MGM.

Hozier - Wasteland Baby Tour
I was tasked with providing a full production design concept for the on going world tour by Irish singer/songwriter Hozier.
After a couple of years away from the touring circuit, this Irish phenomenon returned with his new EP, Nina Cried Power and a full album entitled Wasteland Baby.
I designed a full drape system and concept based upon conversation with the band and artist that had to fill theatres up to 5000 capacity but still fit into one truck.
The result was a delicate balance of drapes and subtle lighting to accent the music on stage.
The tour has built through festivals and outdoor performances
and will culminate in 2 sold out shows at the 3 Arena in Dublin in Dec 2019.
Aerosmith - Las Vegas
I was delighted to be asked to come on board by long-time collaborators Fireplay to co Design lighting for Aerosmiths Deuces are Wild, Las Vegas residency.
The show is a spectacular romp through the extensive back catalogue of the biggest American Rock N Roll band of all time.
Working closely with Fireplay and the creative director Amy Tinkam, we created a multi layered feast of light that reinforces the old traditions of Aerosmith shows and also brings a host of new elements to the table.
The show is running through Summer 2020 currently at The Park MGM in Las Vegas and is being operated by the industry legend that is Cosmo Wilson.

Coruscate Lighting Design were recently asked to provide a simple yet effective lighting design for the launch of "The Widow Knows" by upcoming Irish Trio, Wyvern Lingo.
The show took place in Dublin's Smock Alley Theatre in an intimate 3 sided audience configuration with the band performing on the
centre floor of the theatre as apposed to a traditional end on stage.
6 x Pixeline Battens to light the bare stone wall of the theatre and 6 x Robe Spots to light the band were added to the in house traditional theatre rig and the small package achieved some great results, even getting some nice mentions in numerous reviews.
Look out for more from this exciting new Irish
